RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Rove Goods stands behind the quality of all of the products we offer, and we hope that you're 100% satisfied with your gear. If you're unsatisfied for any reason, you may return (at buyer's expense) your items within 14-days of your delivery date for a full refund.
Items must be in brand new condition and the original tags must be attached. Products with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return.
Please contact us to let us know you plan to make a return, and include your order number and the list of items to be returned. Allow our store up to 14 business days from the time your return has arrived to inspect, restock and process your refund. We will send you a confirmation email when your refund has been applied to the original method of payment.
Business days do not include Mondays, Tuesdays or national holidays.
At this time, exchange services are unavailable. Simply make a return and place a new order at your convenience.
Merchandise labeled as Final Sale, may not be returned or exchanged. Gift Cards may not be returned or exchanged.
