This Bellroy product is covered for faults in materials and workmanship for 10 years from original date of purchase when used under normal conditions and for the purpose intended.

We’ve engineered certain luggage parts to be replaced easily by you. Using our Fix-it Kits, the repair can be completed in less than 10 minutes.

Materials & Composition

We use fabrics from recycled sources such as plastic PET bottles, industrial nylon offcuts and fishing nets. (See composition.)

We find all of the stress points and simulate years’ worth of wear on those spots. To ensure they're adequately reinforced, and robust enough for lots of travel to come.

Easy fix

We’ve developed Fix-it Kits to replace key parts, like handles and wheels, in less than 10 minutes. To keep you and your case traveling for years on end.

Custom-designed telescopic handle

Instead of choosing an off-the-shelf option, we designed our own: in a smooth shape that feels delightful in-hand, with an ergonomic underside button and 2 lockable heights.

Matte polycarbonate shell

Crafted from super-durable matte polycarbonate, thicker than our carry-on styles – to deal with the rigors of the check-in process. The shell is 80% recycled, and the bulk of the interior strength comes from this recycled content.

Impact bumpers

The shell is strengthened by impact bumpers, made by adding extra material in a curve for added surface tension – and bonus aesthetic interest. This helps prevent the usual cracks in hard shells around the top and outer edge.

Grab handles

Carry in comfort with these woven grab handles – we had to include a soft goods touch somewhere! Crafted from a blend of recycled nylon and polyester yarns and reinforced with polyamide 6 (the super strong one), they’re made to last – and to feel good.

Wheels

Glide through the airport on 4 HINOMOTO Miraclent® wheels – ultra smooth and soundless, and able to withstand extra weight thanks to the large 60mm diameter, shock-absorbent TPU and ball bearings.

TSA lock

TSA locks are a globally recognized system for locking your luggage, meaning your case can be checked by security without breaking the lock. Ours are combination locks that the zip sliders click into.

Main zipper

Extremely smooth and durable, this is an abrasion-resistant YKK Racquet Coil zipper with water-resistant coating.

Packing cell

Sitting up and out of the crush zone while you’re rolling about, this packing cell is designed to keep its contents easily and safely located in your case. Plus, it hinges out to access underneath when you’re at destination – or collapses flat so you can pack over the top of it.

Compression system

Ideal when packing larger items like jackets or pants, this compression system features satisfying magnetic clasps. When you don’t need compression, undo the clasp and it becomes two side pockets.

Side pockets

The compression straps undo to become two quick-access side pockets – that are sized to fit a passport.

Large compartment

The main zipped compartment is a good drop-in zone for even larger items. And we placed this zipped compartment on the top side, so when you open the case, everything on this side is contained as it flips over.

Flat-item storage

This sleeve provides quick access to any flat items, and is divided into two sections to prevent your stuff moving while you're on the go. They'll have some protection by virtue of being in the center of your luggage.
