Inspired by advanced performance-forward sailcloth technology, X-Pac has become a carry community favorite due to its durability, waterproofness, and impressive strength-to-weight ratio. For this summer's 2026 capsule collection, we constructed two sizes of our carry-on and road trip duffel in a stealth black X-Pac X42 shell and a covert coyote brown lining. In addition, we’ve upgraded the collection with PU Coated YKK Zippers to enhance TD’s protection against the elements.

X-PAC X42

The X-Pac X42 line is specifically engineered for gear that requires exceptional strength and durability without added weight. With a 420D face, waterproofness, and its signature “X” design, the shell is built for any season, location, or condition.

COYOTE BROWN INTERIOR
Unique to the X-Pac capsule: a coyote brown lining. The 420D HT Nylon lining with PU coating offers a covert hit of color and elevated gear visibility.

PU COATED YKK ZIPPERS
To further weatherproof our X-Pac collection, we’ve added on premium water repellent zippers with RC Coil. This unique oval shape is designed for additional exposure protection and from being easily torn.

LUGGAGE PASS THROUGH

Transit Duffel includes an integrated luggage pass through. Without any extra parts, zippers, or hardware, either sized duffel can drop onto roller luggage for easier travel.

LOADING MADE EASY
Two (2) integrated 7075-grade aluminum stays near the main zipper line are light yet stiff, giving TD a unique ability to stand wide open for easy packing once unzipped.

This design helps you quickly access and see the contents of your duffel, and also aids in creating a balanced carry when fully packed.

ABSOLUTE PROTECTION
Two layers of 3mm foam cover the sides and base of TD, providing structure and protection to your packed gear and clothes.

NO FUSS HANDLES
Unlike some duffels which require an annoying extra strap or velcro to keep handles close, TD’s built-in handles are patterned to curve towards the center so they overlap and stay in the ready position.

FINER DETAILS

  • Integrated aluminum stays and foam allow the duffel to sit open for easy packing.
    - Coyote Brown internal lining improves gear visibility
    - Logo is an embossed velcro square loop that accepts our patches for customization.
